I'm writing out PER statements but I'm unsure of exactly what structure to submit them in. It says in the "how to write per" document that you need to explain what you did, what skills you gained and reflect on what you learned. So I wrote my statements with the three headings "Explain, Skills and Relfect". Does this seem strange to submit it with those headings? Or should I write a longer heading or none at all?

Also how much should you write under the skills and reflect part? I wrote a paragraph for each, but I ended up using AI to make it longer. But I don't want it to sound repetative. Any help appreciated 🙏
