Hi! We're a webnovel discord group holding a writing contest till May 31th!

Hi! We're an active discord group with a bunch of different writers (sci-fi, romance, fantasy, mystery, action & adventure, horror and more). We have some members who are very active, sadly we have more people who are quiet. So I'm seeking out some more members who would like to join! Leave a comment below for an invite or DM me your discord name.

We're currently holding a mystery/thriller writing contest, up to 6 winners, with prize money involved. (We try to hold as many writing contests as possible, once this one is done, we will hold the next one with another theme/genre!)

We also have an event running for this month, not for prizes, but more for mental health awareness. So stories written with this topic in mind gets more featured.

We also hold read-a-thon events! The upcoming one is next month, where we read each other stories for fun (and a small prize for the top 10 most engaged ones)!

The age of our discord range quite differently, but the average is around 25+.

Let me know if you have any more questions! I hope to see you at our discord. (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

Aside from those

Are there any stories where the main focus is the mystery/thriller? So romance being just a subplot or non-existent. You can also recommend your own story. Thansk! 🙏

Hi, the deadline of Minkly's contest is nearing. Anyone who writes in mystery and/or thriller can join Minkly's contest for free. More details are on minkly.io/contest or just google it x'D

Some details are here as well:

Minkly is running a Mystery or Thriller writing contest with $3,000 in total prizes split across two categories so there are six chances to win. This will be their second time hosting a writing contest. The first one could be found at this reddit post.

Authors reserves all rights to their stories, all that's asked is to keep the story on the platform (so don't delete it right after the contest is over), and promote Minkly a bit by having chapters ahead on Minkly and refer that those chapters are ahead on other webnovel platforms. So cross-posting is during AND after the contest totally fine!

I won 2nd place on the previous contest, so I wanted to promote the current contest and show it's legit. You can see on the website how the contest winners gets featured on the homepage, the stories gets featured on social media/Instagram as well.
