Did xTool made a product that they don’t know how it works?!

I bought an M2 about a month ago.
Since then it’s stuck at customs - the ministry of communications in my country requires a technical specs document for the wireless connectivity of the device.
I’ve been emailing with xTool support since I learned about this requirement,
trying my best to get a hold of this document, but apparently no one in xTool knows how they built the M2. A complete mystery.
The device will return to sender soon and there’s nothing I can do about it.
If anyone encountered such a problem or have an advice I’d love to hear it!

A fun project with my boys

Shortly after purchasing this power wheel for my 2 y/o son, I was diagnosed with cancer.
It functioned for just a couple of months before becoming completely immobile (much like me).
Fast forward 2.5 years, I am cancer-free and embarked on a project with my sons to repair it.
I planted for them some simple fixes and disconnected connectors so they’ll feel the satisfaction of identifying the malfunction and fixing it themselves.
I took on the opportunity to increase the battery to 24V 14A, replaced the motor controller, and when it actually drove the boys couldn’t contain their happiness.

Nowadays, I’m on the lookout to collect or purchase malfunctioning power wheels to fix and donate to children battling with cancer.
