Housewarming on Fourth of July

My husband and I are thinking of hosting a housewarming party on the Fourth of July from 1-5pm. But I’m wondering if this will be perceived as rude, co-opting the holiday for our housewarming party? We like the date because we’ll have the day before off work so it gives us extra time to prep, but will people be miffed that this is how they will spend Fourth of July? It’ll be over in time for people to still go see fireworks. We’re only inviting family as that’s all we have space for, so it’s people with a vested interest in coming, and none of them have set Fourth of July traditions that they will be missing out on as far as I know. But I worry that some of them may be secretly resentful of us using the holiday for our party. Does this seem likely or am I overthinking it?
