Hi everyone. Today (May 21, 2026), I had the misfortune of my ebike stolen. I have already contacted mall security and filed a police report, but I figured asking the community won't hurt. Here's the run down of the events according to the security footage.

• 5:10pm I lock my bike and enter the mall.
• 5:12pm the suspect rides off with my bike.
• 5:13pm the suspect stops at the loading zone by scotia bank for 10 sec.
• 5:13pm the suspect rides off, leaving the camera's range towards Pinetree way.

The suspect is male, light skin, short dark hair, wearing a dark baseball cap, black T shirt, navy pants, white running shoes, large grey backpack with a flap on top, sun glasses.

If anyone has seen anything at the time or seen the bike, please contact me. There's a reward of $100 for credible info that results in the recovery of the bike. Thank you.
