Trying to set up my xumo xfinity streaming box the day i began my service. I tried the last 4 digits of my phone number associated with the account, and double checked for typos. this did not work. I have also tried 0000,1111,2222,3333,4444- these did not work either. I have chatted with the AI bot and called the 866 number listed in the error message, to no avail. I need the PIN to be reset or given to me in order for me to begin streaming and using the TV.
