Balance 3 Great Watch Afraid to wear

I've been using balance 3 almost a month. Before this i had balance and trex 3 pro. i did not considered to buy a balance 3 but after my trex 3 pro died after just one pool swim i ordered this beauty. (Trex 3 pro issue is another topic whic i have posted.)

So far great, much prettier than trex 3 pro, goes well with suit, battery life is amazing, built in flaslight is great to have. My main reason to purchase amazfit watches are their activitt training ability. And again balance 3 is no exception, delivers accurate and detailed metrics.

AMA if you want to pruchase this watch.

Edit: about afraid part; Well my trx 3 pro died after just one pool swim. i do swin a lot but i am afraid to wear this watch beacuse of waterproof issues.

in my country amazfit partner does not sell trex 3 pro nor balance 3, and after very long discussions with amazfit global and amazfit turkey i learned that brand does not have global warranty. So basically i was left with dead trex pro after a swim.

Battery Drain onTrex 3 Pro and Amazfit does not care

Hi all from Istanbul, Turkey. I have received an Amazfit Trex 3 Pro watch as a gift 6 months ago.

I've been using watch with passion till last month. Suddenly battery started to drain %1 per minute, getting really hot and lasted only for couple hours. I tried every solutions (factory reset, disable all sensors, enable battery protection etc.) but result remain same. I also uninstall and reinstall Zepp app on my phone but no result.

This week I've reached out to Amazfit offical Turkey Dealer "Evofone" company, shared my serial number, stated my case and seek for repair or new watch from global warranty. Today they replied that if i did not purchased this watch from Turkey they can not support with service or a new device.

I believe Amazfit is working hard to be competitor in this

business but it is a shame that i can not get an official support from brand itself for an almost only 6 months old flagship watch so i reached out to Amazfit main company. But their response is even worse. They told me to keep receipt and reach out the dealer where the watch was purchased. First this was a gift from my ex girlfriend which we broke up and second if you are a global brand i can get service from any country you have a partner or yourself.

It is really shame that i am left with a probably 400$ faulty watch and can not get any repair or replacement.

Anything similar happened to anyone? Any advices?
