Aaand If I talk too much, I wake up the next day with a sore throat and feel sick.
Has anyone experienced this?
Tried caffee stop, i stopped smoking, and drink maybe one time every 2 months one beer or smth like that.
Nothing acid on my diet. Tried already no dairy for 2 weeks.
Someone help?
Is 8.4 ph already alkaline? Its the highest ive found..
