Beginning to see loose skin….

Beginning to see loose skin….

Lost about sixty lbs with some more to go. I’m lifting 3x/week, high protein and all that, but it seems the loss was just too great to avoid loose skin. I’m pretty unhappy about it, but is there anything that can be done?

I see mixed information about this. Some folks say that what you see is what you’ve got; others say that the skin remodels to a degree after 1-2 years with continued resistance training.

Would love input!

Thanks :)

Hey there! Quick question regarding calculating nutrition at cooked weights vs raw weights and batch prepping using the recipe creator.

My question is, when you enter “weight after preparation”, does that mean the calculator basically takes the macro information from all the RAW ingredients you plug in and then distribute it across the weight AFTER it’s been cooked?

So for example say I want to batch prepare a bunch of ground beef with a bunch of veggies.

I create a new recipe “batch ground beef #1” with the weight of the raw ground beef, all the veggies, and a bit of oil.

After it’s all cooked, the total weight will be less than the sum of the ingredients that went into the pan, but the macros will be the same; the nutrition will be “concentrated”.

I weigh the final cooked product and enter it in “weight after preparation” and then save it.

If over the course of the week, I take from the “batch ground beef #1” in my fridge and just log however many grams of it I eat each time, will that nutrition info be accurate?

Hope this is clear and thanks in advanced!
