Sorry for another one of these posts, but…anyone live there/know someone who does? The high rise above TJs. Looking at a condo and curious about building quality, issues, etc from folks who may know the building.
I'm 35m and have had chronic migraine with hemicrania continua for nearly 3 years. I always have a baseline level of pain that I've learned to manage, but for the past 4 weeks I have been in absolute hell. Daily head pain, horrible dizziness, brain fog, constipation, fatigue. I'm on Vyepti infusion (every 3 mo), Botox, indomethacin daily (for hemicrania), metformin, and rizatriptan and Ubrelvy as abortives. I've already gone through the topiramate and propranolol trials with no real success. Went to see my neurologist today due to the increase in pain and symptoms the past month and she is going to have me try candasardan (BP med).
Just when I think I feel some relief coming in the afternoon, the fog and pain come back in the evening and greet me again the next morning. The thought of having to live like this for the rest of my life is terrifying and some days almost unbearable. Will I ever find a parter who can love me despite this? Will I ever be able to grow in my career again? Will be able to live life without worrying about inadvertently triggering a migraine spiral?
I feel like a shell of a human.
