No one is going to buy every new model of these chairs whenever they drop. If they want a consistent cash flow then they should make adaptable new features that can be added to the older models. You want the 52cm seat? Buy and connect the seat assembly. Same for bigger arm rests or the fan or whatever new and improved feature they come up with. Users will stay loyal to the brand and stay happy and never feel like they bought “too soon” and wasted money.

Anyone who has experience with the Maxis/XL, do you know if the seat can be changed out? The site has spare parts for the OG seat, so I’d assume the Maxis parts will be featured there soon as it’s released. Anyone in the china market or has gotten a sample model can confirm or deny if the seat can be changed out without having to disassemble and return the OG model for a refund?
