I am 21 year old male. My creatinine was 1.8 about 5 months ago( it was stable for 1.5 years) , and now it is 2.1 (tested today)

I recently had a post viral cough with itchy throat which lasted for a few weeks and improved only a couple of days ago .i did a blood test today right after recovering from the cough/ itchy throat phase My urine report shows no albumin/protein. And i also had my final year exams for about 1 month. Could this post viral cough be the reason for this increment in creatinine i m worried.
