I-130 approved
Hello everyone, here is a timeline of my case
I130, I485, I765, I131 applied for on March 7, 2024.
Biometrics done I believe 1-2 weeks after
I765 Approved - June 18, 2024.
NOID for I130 (Evidence of marriage)- AUG 13, 2024.
SENT IT IN AND WAS STILL DENIED- September 30, 2024
Appealed the decision - around October, 2024
Case reopened- November 12,2024
I485 denied- September 30, 2024.
1-131 denied- April 9, 2025
I-130Interview scheduled- March 13, 2026
Approved 🙏🏿😭- AUG 18, 2026
My thing is my i485 application still shows denied from the time it initially got denied in September 2024. Will they reopen it themselves and approve the i485, or do I have to re-file another one!?
I’m supposed to be very happy, but I’m only somewhat happy due to the i485 still showing denied, but thank God the I130 was approved.
Any advice will help.
