I got banned on depop and have tried using new device new sim mobile data new address but im still getting insta banned when i list, anyone have any solutions

i wanted to add a bank account to withdraw £180 and it asked me to verify with my phone number that i registered with which i dont have access to so i contacted support and they asked for IBAN which i gave, they then after 3 days said they cant do the procedure, please help!!
