Lipo - upper and lower abs, waist, and back.

HOW I FEEL:
I am so happy with how everything is turning out! I can feel myself becoming more and more confident with each day! My clothes are fitting better and I want to be more and more active but I’m still a little sensitive if my kid or dog hits me I can definitely feel it.

CURRENT HEALING PROCESS:
I wore my stage 1 faja for 3 weeks 24/7 and now I am in my stage 2 for 12 hours a day. I do massage myself with a roller I got off amazon but no other massages as I live over an hour away from the nearest one.

Swelling is starting to slowly go down! I feel 1000% better, it made a HUGE difference once I started using foams under my garment. I can finally fit in my clothes again.

One side seems to have more of curve than the other but not that huge, we will see if it evens out as we progress over the next few months.

I KNOW swelling is a part of the deal and I would likely get bigger than where i started but it is taking a toll on me mentally. I am pushing through it and reminding myself it’s temporary but gah it makes me want to cry and hide away until it’s gone.

I guess this is just updates for others who feel the same and can relate and see what my swelling is looking like at day 5. I just want to get back to how I looked the morning after already cause I feel like a potato. 🥔

EDIT: I will say it again. I am well aware that I will be swollen, and I will not see my final results for 6plus months.

I know if I’m feeling these emotions which is normal when you have such a huge change/trama other people may also be having these same feelings and seeing progress pictures of how much your swell and how it looks after would be helpful to read about and see. I will continue to post progress pictures even if I swell more and when it goes down and I will share my feelings I am having when I see these changes. Looking in mirror is something you have to do everyday to make sure your healing, your work clothes look right, your hair and make up are done. So telling people to avoid a mirror is unrealistic. And sharing your thoughts could provide others some relief in knowing I’m not alone.

I had lipo done on my upper & lower abs, waist and back. I had a great experience so far, I was nervous about being awake. But I actually am very glad I was cause I could talk to the doctor and have real time updates. Post surgery hasn’t been terrible I leaked a lot day 1 and it basically stopped by day 2. Now it’s day 3 and the swelling is intense and so is the bruises but all pain manageable with Tylenol. I ordered lipo foam to help with compression. Any other advice ?
