Hi I moved to a new house last fall. We had a pretty brutal winter with a ton of snow in northeast US.

I have 2 rhododendrons, one is looking decent. This one not so much. I put some rhododendron fertilizer and moved some of the rocks here away from the base. Also dead headed a lot of the brown /dead leaves.

Any hope/suggestions? There are a few flowers budding.

Trying to replace torn screen but frame has the screen tucked in. Wanted to ask before I break it! Thanks.
