Relapsed and it sucked.
So during Covid I managed to quit drinking coffee entirely and when I got to the office I started drinking coffee again.
So during this vacation the coffee ran out and my partner told me she noticed how I drank more and more coffee.
So I haven't drank coffee for over 3 weeks and I was doing pretty good. When we came home I stuck to my guns until yesterday.
And it felt terrible. The first hours I felt great actually. But the crash. Holy cow. I felt miserable.
Had to look up again what caffeine does to someone and yeah it's pretty wild stuff if you think about it.
I really hope I won't give in again when I'm in the office again. Everybody drinks it. So I'll be smelling it everywhere and it's free too.
