I have a CSP since 2022 and I just got the CSR. I was planning to downgrade the CSP and keep CSR for one year. But now I’m wondering, would I be able to apply for CSP once I close CSR so I can maintain the points transfer to partners feature? I think the new rules say you won’t get a SUB twice, but can you still apply for the card without the sub?
