Lunch for my 10 month old girl. She is EBF and not into solids at all. I have tried a mix of purées and BLW. She wants to touch everything but has eczema so will then proceed to scratch her hands like crazy. I still try my best to let her explore with her hands as much as possible. Very little makes it into her mouth and she won’t let me spoon feed her except soy yogurt (she has a dairy, eggs and legumes allergy) and the occasional fruit pouch when I’m desperate to get something in her.

Any ideas on what I can do to improve?

For lunch today:

-pasta with homemade meatballs
-blueberry yogurt and strawberry strips (she despises these but they are so yummy)
-pan fried veggie loaf
-raspberries
