Itinerary Review for Oktoberfest and Two Weeks in Germany

My gf and I are taking a trip to Germany this fall for Oktoberfest. We have a general idea of where we want to be, but I’m worried we might be staying too long in some parts and not long enough in others. Let me know your thoughts, any help is appreciated! We love the mountains, but I also want to see the important and cool cities/cultural regions as well. We will be renting a car to make things easier.
Arrive in Berlin Sept 22 around midday. Stay in Berlin for 2 nights.
Head to Cologne by train. Cologne for 1 night.
Cologne to Garmisch Partenkirchen. We love the mountains. Stay 3-4 nights.
Head to Berchtesgaden. Stay for 4-6 nights. Maybe take day trip to Salzburg and other places in Austria.
Head to Munich for Oktoberfest on Oct 2nd or 3rd. Fly out of Munich on Oct 6th.
