Added a re-rental filter + listings, plus some minor UI tweaks to SettleNYC.

Right now re-rentals are only syncing from NYCHDC. Let me know what you guys think.

If there's any platforms you would like to sync from please list them here and I'll see if I can automate them into the map 😺

Edit 3: Unit preferences are now Opt-in and Opt-out (none selected meaning all opt-in)

Does anyone currently live here? Trying to get an idea of how the 3 bedrooms are laid out. Also washer/dryer in unit? I’m waiting to view a re-rental, but I’m also in process for 3 other buildings, so I want to get a head start on deciding.
