Considering moving out of my housing lottery apartment due to the noise from neighbors. Feeling conflicted or worried I’ll regret it if the next state doesn’t work out.

For context I have credentials and am working. Current apartment won’t go over a comfortable number - ever. Even if my income increases.

my case manager called me to tell me that the apartment that I was approved for from housing Connect will neeed to lower the rent amount and I’m not sure if that’s even possible I’m so scared and sad right now. Its for the woodhaven blvd apartment .

Hey has anyone applied or live in this building already if so how is it ?
