What apartment would you choose? Studio for $2300 or 1 Bed for $2900?

Won in a lottery. Midtown manhattan. I like the studio price, but can technically afford the 1 bedroom.

What would you go with?

context: single guy, no kids, mostly at work or out, use home to wind down.

Update:

I think I found exact specs of the apartments.

Studio
1Bed

Invitation to a showing via email, 5 minutes before the showing.

I got an email, stating that I can see the apartment, 5 minutes before the showing. This is so weird, is this a normal practice?

I obviously saw this only an hour later, and confirmed way after a showing has been done.

I have a mortgage on a rental property in PA, my project manager claims entire house as asset which disqualifies me from the lottery.

I was wondering if this is legal or not.

Upon review of the submitted documents, I noticed that John owns residential property at address, PA 19113 and its market value is approximately $230,000. As the asset limit for this lottery is $220,480 and the value for the property alone exceeds that amount, your application has unfortunately been deemed ineligible and rejected.

Is this true? My equity portion of the house is only $45,600.00, and I provided them with screenshot of the mortage dashboard along with the statement.

Update: I am waiting on a reply, but creakyforest linked some documentation, that they value your entire RE value.
