Hey has anyone applied or live in this building already if so how is it ?

I recently applied for a rerental for this apartment. The agent I spoke to first stated the log numbers are still pretty low. I just called and ask my log number and the agent said #5x. I’m not sure if that’s a low log number for a rerental but I’ll wait and see.
