What should your team be aiming for this season, and is your squad there yet?
For Reading we have to start aiming for the playoffs, we're stable now and our team has a good spine. Get the squad some playoff experience which can be our base for promotion hopefully in the near future
Personally don't think the squad is fully flushed out yet. Need another left back as well as some CB cover. Could do with another out and out striker as well as more bodies in the midfield, what we have atm are much the same profile

Did you do a placement year at uni?
Debating changing my course to include a placement year so im just wondering if its any harder for mature students to secure a placement? They're of course highly competitive, so does being 30+ count against me?
I've worked throughout my 20s, but it was blue collar jobs which have no relevance to my current course, which will lead to white collar opportunities
I feel like placement years are a free hit anyway, if i don't get one I'll just do 3rd year
What's been your experience?
