I purchased the three months for £30 back in March 27th, I requested a refund yesterday after the limits got smashed and I awoke this morning to see it’s been approved by Apple.

So if anyone’s in doubt about doing it for whatever reasons mine got refunded after over six weeks of usage!

If it helps further, in my request I said that the service isn’t what I paid for and the promised limits had been systematically reduced, and that it was comparable to a bait and switch scam with the moveable goalposts.

Oh, and I still have access to Supergrok until the end of June too btw.
