I saw someone making a one-pot Ginataag Manok and thought I’d have a go.
Edit:
I didn’t follow the traditional recipe in that I had to drop the red chillies, and papaya (because I didn’t have any) and I threw in some frozen peas at the finish.
It wasn’t bad if very korma like.
