So i had the affix that reduces lucky hit rate by 25%, and saw i was at 0% lucky hit rate.

Then i got the pristine investment strategy that gives your fastest character 8% spd increase and 12% lucky hit rate.

Naive me thought my lucky hit rate would be at least 12%. Apparently not.

Maybe its a reading issue i genuinely dunno.
