Handheld recommendation - No 16:9

Been looking for a comfortable 4:3 (mainly) handheld, to play those retro pixel games, up to Genesis, maybe Saturn and PS1 (the latter optional).

I came to realize that even if I enjoy having a handheld PC that handles everything and anything, retro 2D stuff doesn't look particularly nice on a big screen (XAX in my case, 7" screen). So a 4:3, 4-5" screen seems to be the sweet spot (3.5" is too small).

Why not 16:9? I'm drawing the line at 2D stuff, so everything else (PSP, PS2, GC) will play on my XAX.

I have my eyes on these:

Ayaneo Pocket Air Mini - Sounds just about right, but the LCD ghosting scares me. Some people say it is not bad, some say it is horrible...

RG 476h - Also looks spot on, but it is a bit more expensive than what I would like to spend for mainly games that won't take advantage of its hardware. But that screen....!

RG 40XXV - I love the look of this one, but would prefer an Android based device because of the sleep stuff. Also, dunno about the screen quality

Retroid Pocket Classic - Completely overkill for what I want, but I can find it for about 100€ on the used market. But the screen aspect ratio might suck for 4:3 content I think.

Extra:

RG CubeXX - this one intrigues me! The screen is different from the rest and it might open some interesting possibilities.

Anyone that has one or more of these handhelds care to share their opinion? :)
