Last night in the early hours (3/4 AM) as we were driving down lake street towards Ithaca falls I noticed a man in all white messing with branches and brush near the parking area for the falls. It looked like he was cutting branches and hauling them around. He waved when I drove by…. I am beyond curious as to what he was getting up to, anyone seen something similar before? Or have any fun theories (new moon ritual?)? Seemed like a weird time and outfit for landscaping…
