Chase CC decline despite 800+ credit score

I was declined for a Chase Freedom Unlimited despite a strong credit score. I am 3/24 currently. Was approved for an Ink card at the end of February and already hit the SUB on that, so I was moving on to my next card. Pay off all cards every month and have never paid interest. Unfortunately, I was surprised to see these decline reasons:

- Low usage of Chase credit lines (FF, Ritz Carlton, Ink)
- Too many active accounts/too much available credit on consumer report
- Your current amount of credit is enough in relation to your income (I think I put $85k)

Anyone get this before and how were you able to re-apply to get an approval? Put some balances on my chase cards and reapply? Increase my income on the application? Thanks
