Continuous high latency

This has been happening for weeks. My average ping goes from 20-40 to 300, jumps around, then relaxes before going back up again.

I reached out to support via a chat but all she did was apply an "ad update", force restart my modem, said "it's self healing", then disabled bridge mode (without telling me, that was fun! Took an hour to figure out why my in-bound connectios just STOPPED WORKING) before disconnecting the chat and transferring me to a new person, who then said they couldn't find any connection issues :)

These events are categorized as the "isp health", they still continue into today even though the "self healing modem" should have fixed it on the 17th.
