With the storms yesterday, where would you go and drop some lines today?
The wife and i are off today and want to do some bank fishing today. I would love to put a bass on the end of her new BFS rod & reel
We're in central Maryland but willing to drive for it.
Any ideas? No idea how the weather played into account with how spotty those storms were.

Thought this would be appreciated here. I made my wife and son a set of matching mini bug boxes to go into their kayak bags.
We all caught our first kayak fish this weekend. Myself on my BFS rod, whereas they were on UL spinners.
The mint box inserts were from etsy. I just glued a set of small magnets in that bottom front compartment to hold the mosquito hooks and small tackle. Mayflies and grubs on the left are from a local maker in maryland. Ones up top are big brand, but I can't recomend those micro-striders enough.
So my kid has a few baseball games at Kent Island this weekend. I'll most likely have an hour or two to kill between games.
I've never fished there before and never from a pier before. I don't know what to expect. Is it purely pier fishing or are there some bank opportunities too? I'm willing to stop at anglers on the way but don't want to get another outfit for it.
I have plenty of gear but aimed mostly at pond /bank fishing for bass and panfish and almost exclusively with lures and soft plastics. I have no idea what to pack in my bag to kill an hour.
Not looking to land a white whale, just drop a few lines and kill some time. Am i biting off more than I can chew? Any suggestions would be more than welcome.

I hate how some of the mini prerolls i occasionally get come in those mini altoids containers. They get squished and it does nothing for the smell. These are absolutely perfect for a whopping 8 bucks. Thought I'd share
