Just starting out and I have 1 share of DRAM, QQQM, SMH, VOO. I was wondering if this is a good start so far and what other ETFs are good for buy and holding. Thinking about VXUS and SCHD

Starting Roth IRA 25M
Just starting out and bought a share of each of the above ETFs. I'm thinking of just sticking to ETFs for my Roth IRA instead of individual stocks because all I really care about is just buying and holding for the time buying. VXUS is probably gonna be my next purchase but I was wondering if there is any advice you guys can give me?
