I've played for a while now and there's really only a couple things that I can think that I would like to see in this game.

Callouts for Surgeon and Chaplain: Not like the ones we already have, but for the Surgeons and Chaplains themselves to inform hurt/infected players where they are. Sort of like how in TF2, Medics can use the Medic callout to do just that, and not have to chase down their teammates who won't stop running away from them.
High Contrast Crosshair Colors: Many times, I struggle to find my crosshair in the fog of war, and on maps like Berezina, where snow makes it impossible to find that tiny white dot. I would like it if we could change the color of our crosshair, even better if there was an option to make the crosshair invert the color of whatever it's looking at.
More Funny Gore/Dismemberment: I think it would be great if, when a player is killed by a Viral Zapper, their head is decapitated, or if a player is shot in the head by the London Sharpshooter and they die, their head just explodes. That kind of stuff is just fun, I want more of it. Let zombies rip people limb from limb.
