Hi, need help. I have Panasonic Lumix G Vario 12-32 mm, and it was doi well until suddenly it stopped focusing?

I have reset camera to factory settings, haven't done the firmware update but I don't think its the reason. Could it be just the lens being loose and will need manual work ?

I have cleaned the sensors and all contact points as well.

I got from MPB so , so should i try fixing it or just exchange it ?
