


Is this normal ? 33f and bum sags / upper legs despite exercise
I eat healthy and exercise…. Rest of my body tones up easier but my peach is always sagging. I have these cellulites that show on the upper thigh and my butt just always looks pancake when walking…. Standing it looks ok and peachy…. I do donkey kicks, and the machine that wraps ankle and string lifts leg up with weights attached on other end…. 4 reps of 40 at 20 lbs and still… flabby…. I hold onto water easily too, even if I starve.
I feel hopeless like I will never have a nice booty. I don’t want big thighs or legs since I’m only 5’4ft. Just need a routine or help how to perk that trouble area- I prefer the 70/80 looking smaller booties - not into the bubble but trend nor is my spouse - just personal preference… but want it toned / more firm if possible.
