Uni fees and investing

18M starting uni this September and will be taking out a maintenance loan and tuition fee loan. Im privileged enough for my parents to be able to work out the tuition loan and i have £13000 saved from work and gifts etc which they have told me is for paying off my maintenance loan and accommodation fees. Its currently kept in an isa at 2.8% (around that figure) but i think i could be better off by investing into an all world or something of the like (should mention also that i have been lucky enough to have the time to research and invest before, the main purpose of this post is really about this sum of money).

Thank you for reading and i would appreciate any advice.

GPRO Potential?

Been doing technical analysis for maybe 8 months so take this with a grain of salt, but something feels off about how quiet it is around GoPro right now.

The 14-day RSI is sitting at 40.8, creeping toward oversold territory, and moving averages are showing 7 Buy signals vs 5 Sell signals across MA5 to MA200. Not screaming buy, but not nothing either. The stock went from $0.74 in early April to $1.79 by May 1st which shows it can move fast when something clicks. They just launched 8K cinema cameras that won three awards at NAB Show 2026 and they're exploring defense and aerospace applications which feels like it should be getting more attention than it is. The GME comparison is probably dumb and I know that. But a recognizable brand sitting near penny stock territory with actual catalysts dropping feels like the kind of setup that can get loud quickly if retail notices.

That said the Q1 earnings were brutal, revenue missed by nearly 30% year over year, so I'm not blind to the downside. Just curious if anyone smarter than me sees what I'm seeing or if I should close the tab and go touch grass.
