Would I be safe as a brown Mexican to travel to Argentina?

Hi yall. My university is offering a study abroad program. One week on Cordoba, and another in Buenos Aires. I brought this opportunity up to my friends and family and all of them were like don’t go. I guess there’s beef between Argentina vs the rest of LATAM idk but they were saying it wouldn’t be safe for me and I’ll be targeted because I’m Mexican. Again, idk anything about this but I wanted to ask on here to see if people have bad stories from visiting ARG or if my friends are simply being dramatic.

EDIT: I also probably should’ve mentioned that I’m from the US. So I’m Mexican-American. Idk if that changes anything much tho

Hi yall, like the title says, I want to begin the process of getting my teacher certification but deadass idk where to begin. I only have like 5 history classes under my belt and no teacher classes so far. I'm reading on my schools website and it says the History + Pre-Education track prepares you for a masters in teaching but not the actual certification so…? Like I just want my bachelors and my teacher cert and that’s it. But again I fr have no idea where to begin.

Im gonna be a junior this fall if thats relevant. Oh and I'm in the state of GA.
