Hi all, I'm taking Chem 2 Lab over the summer and anticipate needing to miss a week of class because of an orientation for work. I'm premed and need an orientation week in order to start my clinical job, which I need to pay bills :') I would at least be able to make it to the first lab, but I'd miss 2 labs in July because of that orientation week. Will this completely screw me over? I took AP Chem so I have a very solid foundation in chem if that matters. Thanks yall!!

Hi! First time making a post so I hope I am doing it correctly. I am applying to gsu adn program for spring, but I have no idea if I will get in. My pre reqs are mostly As and Bs and I have a GPA of 3.6 but my teas is 72🫠 Should I retake my teas and apply or just apply with the current teas score?

Ive ordered a new license but it arrives in a month and my NSO is before then. So I was just wondering, whats the check in process like? Will i need identification to check in? Thank you everyone!

Has anyone’s student loans been applied to their positive balance yet for summer classes? classes have started and my balance is still positive.

I’m in my second semester of senior year and I got accepted into GSU. I committed to the school and sent in my deposit but I failed AP Stat this semester with a 46. It isn’t a required credit. I have all my credits for math and electives already and it doesn’t show up on my course history on my StudentVUE. I’m not sure if it’s a core class or not. What happens to me now?

Poor communication, ignoring students, and a billion other things like waiting until the last minute to tell their students, "Well, this class can't apply to your degree." Well, you can take that "it doesn't apply" and throw it in the dumpster after ya'll messed up my spring semester because of your crap communication and sitting on your hands doing nothing. I got one elective course, 3 credits, to take, and ya'll flapping your hands waiting until the last minute before the summer semester starts to tell me "no doesn't work." Meanwhile, there are no electives in the fall that work with my schedule, so you can go to the department and get me an override approval after ya'll messed up my past semester. Istg I hate this school.

I graduate 2 weeks ago and I just received a text with link congratulating me on my graduation and for me to provide details for my diploma which also includes providing my social security number. That is where I paused

Does anyone take the Xpress bus to GSU? There’s the 419 Xpress stop near me in Gwinnett, and I’m gonna be using it to head to GSU from now on. Where does it stop at and does it come back to Gwinnett? Is there an app I can use to see the routes? I just want to make sure I’m prepared.

Hello! I am an incoming freshman to GSU this year, and I can't, for the life of me, figure out how commute works!

I'm in Lawrenceville, which is around an hour drive away from GSU.

I can't afford dorm, so I've been looking into more cost-friendly options given that GSU is partnered up with MARTA. I've tried visiting their websites but I just can't seem to figure out which routes to take and how to time/prepare for them...! Also regarding the MARTA membership and/or transit payments/subscriptions... I'm just so lost right now :')

I know just how long the daily commute is gonna take, but I have no idea what other alternatives there are...

Any help would be so, so appreciated, thank you guys endlessly!!
