Print settings:

Printer Prusa core one+

.25mm nozzle

.07mm layer height

60c bed temp

Chamber temp 25c (this is as low as I can maintain)

First 3 pics are at 210c nozzle and 4th is at 220c

Prusa slicer

Prusament gravity grey filament.

Default prusament pla profile

heatbreak target 32c (it never exceeds this)

So this has been driving me nuts. I’m trying to print a decent sized model in 3 sections. I originally was trying it in 4 pieces and had the back cut in half as seen in pics 5 and 6. It printed it completely fine at .05mm layer height. It was my first print with the .25mm nozzle and the only one that didn’t have this issue. This thing just randomly clogs partially or fully for a layer or two then will unclog itself. As seen in the pic from the buddy camera it clogged for long enough that it wasn’t able to recover like it normally does. I was able to print 2 of the 3 sections with only a few minor clogs on the first one at 210c. The second section I bumped to 220c and had zero clogs. The only way I was able to get the first two sections to print was by running the filament dryer the entire time. Getting a dryer got me from the first 3 pics to having two sections done(not pictured). This is driving me nuts though the picture from the buddy camera is from today and the only thing I did different was I only ran the filament dryer for the first 6 hours of the print and left some desiccant packs in it thinking surely PLA would stay dry in a dryer after being dry. Is my PLA pulling moisture that fast that within 6 hours of drying it clogs? Idk this has been a ramble but I’m loosing my mind over this no amount of research has yielded a solution.
