So guys i live in this house (i have severe traumas frim my alcoholic mother and absent father and sleeoless nights and some probabyl strange encounters i had as a kid and some past medicstions) but when im inside my house alone, i always feel watched even with all doors or curtains closed especially since my mental health got worse.
