Title: [Hiring] Remote Operations Manager for outbound/cold calling team -$1,500-2,000/mo + bonus
We run an outbound arm that trains people to cold call and sells the meetings they book to B2B companies. Callers currently in the Philippines, India, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico and South Africa.
The software side is built — dialer, training modules, call transcription, automated payouts. What we don't have is anyone running the human side of it, which is why I'm posting.
What you'd actually do:
- Get callers from signup to first live call. Most of our drop-off is here and it's the main problem.
- Rewrite our training. It's currently thin and partly AI-generated, which is not good enough.
- Own the connect rate. It needs to get to 15%+.
- Manage lead supply and cost across countries.
What I need:
- You've cold called for 2+ years yourself. Not negotiable.
- You've managed a team or floor doing it — BPO, agency, in-house, doesn't matter which.
- Enough US-hours overlap to coach live.
- Comfortable with nobody handing you a plan for the first month.
Pay: $1,500-2,000/mo depending on experience, plus bonus on activated callers and meetings held, plus a cut of contract value on deals your side sources. Trial week is paid.
