I sold an item to a buyer and they selected post to pick up and it’s nearly been two weeks since it’s been delivered and the buyer still hasn’t collected the parcel!! I’ve messaged them asking if they are able to collect it any time soon they have been active but are ignoring my messages, while I understand that life gets in the way and everybody has things going on can you see my frustration!!! I had a lot of interest in this item as well and the buyer bought it outright I just want my cash money lol! What should I do in a situation like this?
