Is this a bug or did i miss some update where boats take a lot longer the more you send them during the day? Cuz i have a 50% time reduction booster on and it still says 4 hours on this new one

This is by far the worst event in the game. Most of the requests are unreasonable and don't give nearly as many ribbons as they should. I had one asking for 7 strawberry jams for ~133 ribbons but theres one for 5 hummus giving the same amount for astronomically less production time. Makes zero sense
