Should I bother getting invested in battle pets?
I’m a new(ish) player who’s been playing midnight, reached endgame and started running the gear treadmill; mostly solo world stuff / delves, some low level mythic + keys.
I’ve got a few battle pets that are like level 5 - 10 and I wanted to start doing battle pets as a break from the regular game loop.
But I asked Claude to make me a rough guide for how to start the content because there’s been a lot of stuff added to wow over the years and it’s very overwhelming as a new player with hardly any in game resources for learning, but it gave me a “disclaimer” before answering…
“it’s unclear whether new content will arrive for battle pets in a future patch or whether the activity is being phased out”
So I don’t wanna get invested in a system if it’s either going to be removed at some point or just never updated / dies naturally from lack of content.
Anyone have any info on this or advice of what to do?
