In draft, what are some Pokémon that whether they are high point value or low, you constantly see never or rarely picked. For me I notice tyrannatar seems to rarely be on anyone's radar to pick up

Currently in a MB draft and after my first round games, I was considering trading out my Sandaconda and Scolipede for M Steelix and Arbok

I do have a very strong sand setter already my hesitation comes from the fact during round one Scolipede baton pass let me sweep both games.

Any thoughts?
