I just got a job as a journalist at a smaller local news outlet.

As residents of Cary/the greater Cary area, what do you wish reporters paid more attention to? Which broader topics or specific issues do you wish were covered in local news outlets?

It seems like community news is often crowdsourced informally on here and Nextdoor, with many questions left unanswered. I’d love your feedback!
