Leo lagna whose moon sign is aquarius, how are you all doing?

With shani currently transiting 8th house and sade sati on top of that, how are you all dealing with this?

Have been going through stomach issues since last year. Have gone to multiple doctors and have done all the tests that came out normal. Issues are still not resolving and I'm at my wits end. Any insights would be helpful.
