Does anyone have good recipes or snack ideas for increasing calcium and fiber? I’ve been able to figure out ways to incorporate more protein and choline in my diet but calcium and fiber are more difficult for me. I’m already eating oatmeal with chia seeds and Greek yogurt at breakfast, broccoli and Brussel sprouts at lunch and dinner, plus one glass of whole milk as a snack but I’m still a little short of the recommended calcium and fiber intake.

I’m about 4 weeks pregnant and I’ve started experiencing dull lower left pelvic pain. I’ve reached out to my obgyn but haven’t heard back. I’m super scared that it’s an ectopic pregnancy and I’m traveling in Asia for work this week.
